What are we all about? Island Living and Community Giving...
Imagine yourself, sitting on a white sandy beach... leaning back in the adirondack chair, your feet crossed in front of you. The emerald green water is shimmering, the waves softly lapping up on the sand, the sound of sea gulls overhead and the warmth of the sun's rays kissing your skin....
You suddenly hear the soft strains of a song... your mind reaches back and remembers the words as the melody brings a smile to your face. You close your eyes as a sigh escapes your lips. You reach over to grab the tropical drink next to you, the ice cubes clinking together softly. Your thoughts drift to your upcoming sailing trip with your friends to Belize... You take a long drink and think "This is the life...".
The Island Life Social Club was established to gather people who enjoy the island life style including activities related to island living such as snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, fishing and kayaking to name a few (without having to pay dues to separate clubs promoting these activities). We also share the love of island style music by various artists including Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, Bob Marley, Harry Belafonte and many others.
We also enjoy and support Island Pop/Beach Music and Reggae bands throughout the world such as Howard Livingston & Milemarker 24, Captain Josh, Brent Burns and Jerry Diaz & Hanna's Reef to name just a few.
ILSC is a non-profit corporation that supports local and national charities through fund raising and volunteer activities. Our social get-togethers reflect the island life style of the Emerald Coast area, and are open to all that share our love of the "Island".
